Varsity Wrestling
This past winter term, Exeter’s wrestling team proved that success isn’t measured in wins and losses, but rather in the hard work, team spirit, and progress shown both on and off the mat. Led by their two captains, seniors Jack Breaks and Becket Moore, as well as coaches Justin Muchnik, Bob Brown, and Tom Darrin, the team created a strong, supportive environment as they soldiered through a demanding season.

Senior of the Year: Laura Saldarriaga
Every Thursday night, the dark brown turntable in the corner of the room spins, filling the space with the soft notes of a Colombian melody. The scent of tonka bean perfume lingers in the air, mixed with the citrusy tones of Earl Grey from the tea collection on her bookshelf. Two or three girls lounge on the velvety blue sofa along the wall, and more are huddled in a circle on the floor. Shoes are stacked in a big, messy pile by the door, and backpacks, binders, and notebooks lie scattered all across the carpet.

Emmett Till’s Cousin Rev. Wheeler Parker Addresses Exeter Community at Assembly
On April 15, students were beckoned inside the Assembly Hall for an unforgettable assembly — one that not only inspired an appreciation for the fight against racial inequity in the United States but also challenged each listener to reflect on their own role in building a more just community at Exeter. Rev. Wheeler Parker, the last living witness of the lynching of Emmett Till in 1955, stood at the podium and delivered a Tuesday assembly speech like no other, recounting the chilling facts of his late cousin’s fate.
