President Trump’s Inaugural Address: Learning From The Past
“The golden age of America begins right now.” On January 20, President-elect Donald J. Trump gave his inaugural address inside the Capitol Rotunda, the speech having been moved there on account of inclement weather. He expressed his dissatisfaction with the way the United States had been run for the past four years, chiefly at how it “refuses to defend American borders, or more importantly, its own people.”

Senior of the Year: Davido Zhang
If you know him by appearance, he’s the guy who’ll never be caught without his signature FILA jacket, often carrying a squash racket and, most recently during this past fall term, sporting a full head of frizzy, permed hair. If by name, “Davido Zhang” brings to mind the heavily decorated mathematician, computer scientist, and cello player extraordinaire. But as his peers and teachers have come to discover over the course of his four years at Phillips Exeter Academy, to truly know Davido Zhang is to have in one’s company more than someone who’s earned countless academic accolades.
